Our client is seeking a creative and inquisitive Presentations Specialist to join their Global Corporate Finance Operations team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing essential support services primarily to the Investment Banking division. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling materials using Microsoft Office applications and graphic design software. This role is perfect for someone who thrives under pressure, has a keen eye for detail, and possesses a basic understanding of graphic design principles.

What you'll do:



As a Presentations Specialist, your role will involve the creation and formatting of various documents such as pitch-books, proposals, and other types of presentations. You will be expected to produce these materials with brand consistency and accuracy, engaging directly with bankers to ensure clarity of information. Your creativity will shine through in your choice of color, imagery, layout and infographics. You will also be encouraged to seek feedback regularly to evaluate service standards. Building strong team relationships both locally and globally will be key to your success in this role.

Produce timely presentations demonstrating brand consistency and accuracy Engage directly with bankers to ensure understanding of the information being shown Use creativity in terms of color, imagery, layout and infographics to convey information Encourage and seek feedback to evaluate service standards Build team relationships both locally and globally, collaborating on projects as required Enhance presentation proficiencies by utilizing learning & development opportunities and tools

What you bring:



The ideal candidate for the Presentations Specialist role is proficient in English language with excellent oral, written, and grammar skills. They possess advanced technical knowledge of MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and have working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or other similar advanced applications. They have strong attention to detail with the ability to think creatively and critically. They are able to work in a fast-moving environment, prioritize urgency, and thrive under pressure. They handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
