As a Stock Runner, you'll play a vital role in keeping the Smartech store running smoothly and efficiently. You'll support the team by managing deliveries, organizing stock, and ensuring products reach the shop floor quickly -- helping us deliver the best experience to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Support with all deliveries from goods in to goods out
Keep the stockroom clean, organised and efficient
Unpack, label and replenish new stock onto the shop floor
Assist with transfers, returns and faulty stock processing
Help with inventory counts and stock accuracy
Work closely with the Stockroom Controller and Store Management to prioritise deliveries
Ensure health, safety and operational standards are always maintained
Support the wider store team with stockroom or shop floor needs as required
What We're Looking For
Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment
Reliable, proactive and a strong team player
Previous stockroom or delivery experience in retail (tech or fashion preferred)
Comfortable with manual handling and moving stock
Basic knowledge of Excel or stock systems is an advantage
