The Production & Administration Coordinator is responsible for managing stock levels, coordinating build schedules, and performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth and efficient operation of the business. This is a key support role bridging production, logistics, and administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Stock Control:
Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels of materials and components.
Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of stock.
Record and track stock usage, wastage, and returns.
Assist with purchasing orders, invoices, and liaising with accounts where needed.
Build Scheduling / Production Coordination:
Create and manage production build schedules in coordination with the Production Manager.
Allocate resources and prioritize tasks to meet delivery deadlines.
Coordinate with build teams to ensure materials are ready for upcoming builds.
General Office Duties:
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
Order and manage office/tearoom supplies.
Support other departments with ad-hoc tasks as required.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Effective communicator, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Previous experience in a stock control, production, or administrative role.
Familiarity with manufacturing or logistics environments.
Knowledge of basic bookkeeping or procurement processes is a plus.
