two Stock and System Administrators

to join our team at Branston. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing business, working on a rotating shift pattern (06:00 to14:00 / 14:00 to 22:00), where your contribution will make a real impact.

What you'll do on a typical day:

Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and misplaced pallets. Support the Pick and Goods-In functions through accurate system administration. Book and schedule inbound deliveries in line with site capacity. Analyse warehouse data to reduce stock loss and improve accuracy. Report performance against key KPIs while upholding Health & Safety standards.

What you need to succeed at GXO:

Experience in stock control or using a Warehouse Management System is beneficial, but not essential. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Confident using Microsoft Excel and performing data entry tasks. Reliable, flexible, and committed to delivering high standards in both manual and administrative tasks.
