We are looking for a
Stock & Warehouse Administrator
to join our
Ardagh Glass
team in
Doncaster-Wheatley
, supporting the Warehouse Manager and wider operations. This is a full-time, day-shift role, working
Monday to Friday, 08:30-16:30

salary of 32,000.00 per annum
and 28 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays). What you'll do on a typical day:
Manage inbound/outbound deliveries using
SAP
and
Transporeon
Create pick notes, assign tasks; Monitor task progress and escalate delays to site management
Maintain inventory accuracy through counts and system updates
Investigate stock discrepancies and ensure proper documentation
Collaborate with internal teams to support a positive culture and drive site efficiency
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Previous experience in
inventory/stock control
and warehouse admin
Strong communication, organisational skills, and great attention to detail
Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
(pivot tables, formulas, lookups)
SAP, WMS
and Transportation Management Platform experience preferred
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Background in 3PL
and fast-paced environments is a plus
