Role Overview



As a Warehouse Administrator at Walker Logistics, you will play a key role in supporting our warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include managing inventory records, processing shipping documentation, and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities



Inventory Management:

Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and movements using our warehouse management system.

Shipping Documentation:

Prepare and process shipping labels, delivery notes, and invoices, ensuring all customer references are included for accurate billing.

Order Processing:

Assist in the preparation and dispatch of orders, ensuring they are completed to the correct specifications and within agreed timeframes.

Reporting:

Generate and review reports on stock levels, order volumes, and other key performance indicators as required.

Health & Safety Compliance:

Report any health and safety concerns to the relevant team through our internal reporting system.

Customer Service:

Handle incoming calls and emails, providing information and resolving issues in a professional manner.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with warehouse staff, account managers, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Organisational Skills:

Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Attention to Detail:

High level of accuracy in all administrative tasks.

Communication:

Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

IT Proficiency:

Competent in the use of Microsoft Office packages.

Team Player:

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Reliability:

Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.

06:00 - 14:00 - Monday - Friday 14:00 - 22:00 - Monday - Friday
