Job responsibilities

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Stock conditions:

Keep stock well organised Ensure to have the right kind and quantity of products in the stock Provide your KPIs to the Store Manager Enable Client Advisors to find products easily (explain your system) Ensure that the stockroom is easily accessible and follows all local Health & Safety guidelines Communicate to the store client advisors about out of stock items/items in tension Plan and execute stock count following Rimowa stock count written procedure

Communicate with the Head Quarters:

Co-ordinate with head office for annual stock counts

Follow and control the orders:

Validate delivery invoices in a timely manner Supervise all deliveries and put them into the stockroom Liaise with the supply chain team in a timely manner with issues regarding delivery couriers etc.

Help the Client Advisor team in selling if necessary

Profile

We would like to speak to professionals who are passionate about service, lifestyle and travel destinations Proven experience in achieving individual goals and contributing to team results Passion for retail and sales A commitment to achieving and exceeding targets whilst focusing on the client's needs. Pro-active and positive attitude Excellent personal presentation - a Rimowa Employee Understanding of Retail KPIs A fluent level in English is essential and additional languages are an advantage.
