We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Stockroom Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role involves ensuring the efficient organisation and replenishment of stock within our retail environment, contributing to a seamless shopping experience for our customers and overseeing all digital orders and shipments. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Responsibilities
Replenish stock on shelves and organise storage areas to maintain a tidy and accessible environment
Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and reporting discrepancies
Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of stock
Maintain accurate records of stock movements and administrative documentation
Ensure health and safety standards are adhered to at all times
Support the training of new staff members as required
Qualifications
Proven supervisory or leadership experience within a retail or warehouse environment
Strong organisational skills with excellent time management capabilities
Experience in merchandising and stock organisation techniques
Previous administrative experience is beneficial for record keeping and reporting tasks
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team and independently when required
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
