STOCKROOM - FULL TIME - LONDON HQ - PREMIUM FASHION

About K-Way:

K-Way is on an exciting growth journey in the UK, bringing its strong European heritage and iconic style to British fashion. With a new London flagship on King's Road and plans for a lot more stores by FY2026, this is a key moment to join a fast-scaling brand.

More than just a brand, K-Way is a close-knit team built on hard work, positivity, and a real family feel. We offer hands-on learning, genuine progression, and the opportunity to grow, develop, and shape your career as we grow together.

The Role:

As our Stockroom Assocaite / Supervisor you'll be at the heart of our operational engine room. This is a hands-on role where high standards, dedication, and a genuine team spirit come together to keep the store running smoothly. You'll champion the organisation, accuracy, and flow of stock, making sure the stockroom consistently supports sales success on the shop floor. With a strong family feel and a team that truly pulls together, you'll play a key part in maintaining a secure, well-structured, and high-performing back-of-house environment.

What you'll be doing:

Leading stockroom operations with energy, precision, and a can-do approach. Driving high operational standards and looking for smart ways to continuously improve stock processes and accuracy. Ensuring the stockroom actively supports commercial objectives and contributes to overall store performance. Overseeing Aftership and ensuring all online orders are processed quickly, accurately, and delivered on time. Maintaining accurate inventory records, including stock levels and locations. Working closely with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless replenishment and excellent product availability. Keeping the stockroom clean, well-organised, and safe at all times. Receiving, storing, and processing deliveries with accuracy and pace.
Who we're looking for:

A solid understanding of stockroom operations and best practice. Able to apply high level of attention, making sure every outcome benefits our front of house team. Someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and takes pride in working quickly and accurately. Experience in maintaining stock integrity and high-quality record keeping. A collaborative approach, with the ability to support and work closely with multiple departments. Confident in training and guiding others to uphold excellent operational standards. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with colleagues at all levels.
If you're driven, hardworking, and ready to be part of a supportive team that celebrates success together, this could be the perfect next step for you.

We know that great talent comes in many forms. So even if you don't meet every single criteria, we would still love to hear from you. If you're passionate, driven, and believe you can contribute to our future success, we encourage you to apply.
