This role supports the Store Management and team, in the achievement of the store's goals, by providing inventory control, back-of-house maintenance and related housekeeping activities. The Stock Room controller is a key member of the store team and must be a professional detail-oriented person with a sense of urgency and motivation.
This role is based in our Oakley store in Cheshire Oaks.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUED:
The person is responsible for:
Processing deliveries/ transfers / return of stock* Performing daily stock counts and brand checks* Performing stock takes* Maintaining database, and reconciling actual stock count with systems* Maintaining the stockroom areas in a neat and orderly manner, and in keeping with the Company's Operational and Safety policies*
Ideal candidates will have:
Proven experience in driving sales and profitability in store
Excellent communication skills, in order to establish and coach high performing team. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to be adaptable and flexible to changing business needs
A positive can-do attitude, with contagious enthusiasm
Ability to embrace new technology and change with high level of accuracy
