Sales Advisor - Part Time

20 hours per week

Purpose of the role:

To generate sales by delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining impeccable store standards ensuring customer loyalty is retained.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure Complete Processing of Deliveries*: Thoroughly check and verify all incoming deliveries, making sure each item is accounted for and correctly recorded in the inventory system. Process them in a timely manner to avoid any delays in stock availability.


2. Maintain an Organized and Well-Stocked Stockroom: Regularly assess and arrange stock in the stockroom to ensure everything is easy to access. Implement an inventory management system to keep track of stock levels and ensure the space remains orderly and efficient.



3. Consistently Replenish the Shop Floor: Monitor sales and stock levels on the shop floor frequently to ensure shelves are always adequately stocked. Replenish products as needed to maintain a full and appealing display for customers, enhancing their shopping experience.



4. Familiarize Yourself with Current Stock Levels: Stay informed about the inventory available by regularly reviewing stock counts and product locations. This knowledge will help you respond effectively to customer inquiries and ensure that popular items are readily available.
