Job Description

We are a growing oriental food company base in Gloucester and Bristol. We are looking for talented individuals to join our retail team in our Gloucester store.

You would be required to work as a store assistant as well as a Bubble Tea maker.

As a Bubble Tea maker, you will be trained how to make a variety of Bubble Tea drinks and snacks, including the preparation works and daily cleaning routines. You will also be required to work as a Store Assistant as and when required. Store Assistants ensure that retail operations are carried out effectively and efficiently for maximum customer satisfaction. Their day-to-day duties include:

- Keeping the store fully stocked - Maintaining the highest level of visual merchandising and store conditions

- Delivering exceptional sales services for improved customer satisfaction

- Interacting with customers and identifying their needs and preferences

- Operating cash registers and point-of-sale machines - Receiving and verifying the quality and quantity of new shipments

- Enforcing in-store security and health and safety procedures and regulations

We operate 7 days and you will be required to work on shifts.
