About:

Do you want to be responsible for growing sales and a hobby community in your area by running a Element Games retail store? We are now recruiting for the role of Store and Community Manager for our Birmingham City centre store.

Are you a driven individual used to working alone, actively engaging with your community and turning them into lifelong loyal Element Games customers?

You will be fully supported by an accessible senior management team but also expected to make decisions and take actions to drive your sales and store to new heights. All while holding the Element Games brand up to the highest standard achievable.

Element Games understands that the key to creating repeat custom and a thriving community is attitude. We will be looking for the highest self-motivated candidates who already have a wealth of ideas and knowledge to make Element Games people's first stop when it comes to hobby on the high street.

Management experience and a proven track record are absolutely essential in this role. A love of the hobby and experience within hobby communities are also desirable traits.

Duties Include:

Fulfilling sales obligations and helping customers with queries by sharing product knowledge.

Stock management and organizing the store displays, including general maintenance and tidying of the store.

Participating in hiring, training and managing new employees to build your team.

Reporting to Senior Management team with regular sales/stock updates.

Any Ad-Hoc tasks required to ensure successful and efficient store operation.
