Specialist SIA Store Detective - Leicester and Wigston area's
TSS have an exciting new career opportunity, for a specialist SIA Security Operative, working as a Store Detective within the Leicester and Wigston cluster, alongside one of the biggest global retail companies, Tesco.
Pay rate: From 12.21 up to 16.35 per hour
Pay rates will vary depending on the site you are assigned to with some sites paying higher than the basic pay advertised.
Ideally, candidates will have their own transportation due to the requirement for travel within a 20-mile radius, although this is not essential.
Candidates must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor License and have a minimum of five years of front line retail security experience or two years of experience as a Store Detective.

What to expect:

• Ensure Premises Security: Deter threats, ensuring safety and security at all times.
• Enforce Company Policy: Safeguard customers, colleagues, and visitors through delivery of loss prevention policies
• Customers First: Help create a warm and welcoming first impression for customers
• Report & React: Swiftly report incidents using digital reporting platforms, escalating issues to in store management
• Forge Strong Partnerships: Maintain effective relationships with local security/ Business Improvement Districts and Police
• Vigilance: Be vigilant and proactive to detect and prevent shoplifting incidents
• Conflict Resolution: support with de escalation of incidents using conflict management techniques
