Quest Search & Selection are partnering with this luxury multi-brand retail business that prides itself with working with some of the largest, global branded & own label Beauty, Fashion & Home.

The objective of this position is to contribute to coordinating, implementing, executing, controlling, and completing designated projects, all while ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, commitments, and objectives.

The roles and responsibilities of Store Development Project Coordinator:

• Collaborate with project teams and external agencies
• Manage project teams, design agencies, and manufacturing partners.
• Act as a point of contact for assigned stores, ensuring efficient communication.
• Streamline the Store Development process by engaging key stakeholders.
• Take a holistic approach to optimise procedures.
• Compile functional feedback and information on in-store changes.
• Update Group design standards in line with the latest retail concepts.
• Participate in site visits with key stakeholders when needed.
• Standardise and ensure relevant communication, understanding key aspects within development projects.

To be successful in this Store Development Project Coordinator:

• Min 2 years of store development, visual merchandising, store management or supervisor experience.
• Ideally having experience with projects, merchandising, store design in assistant or coordinator level.
• Experience dealing with external and internal commercial stakeholders
• Experience using InDesign(desirable)
• Knowledge of theoretical and practical aspects of project management and project management tools
• Ability to multi-task, plan and prioritise work schedule for self and work within agreed timescales.
• Flexible travelling regularly to different stores.
• Full valid driving license
