We are on the lookout for (a) talented individuals who thrive(s) in fostering open communication across cross-functional teams. As a Project Coordinator, you\xe2\x80\x99ll play a crucial role in supporting the network build and planning phase, working closely with the Project Management function to achieve organisational success.

In this dynamic position, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be the linchpin that ensures the successful execution of telecom infrastructure projects. From coordinating project activities, managing timelines, ensuring compliance, and delivering seamless projects.

Your excellent administrative and IT skills and ability to adapt to evolving project requirements will be critical to your success.

We are looking for someone who can:

Provide Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Projects team and ensure smooth and consistent processes

Project Coordination: Coordinate project activities, timelines and communications for seamless execution and day-to-day running of project programmes

Documentation: Maintaining accurate project documentation and ensuring proper version control and file organisation

Communication: Facilitate effective communication among cross-functional teams, Project Managers and Stakeholders.

Risk Management: Assist in identifying, documenting and monitoring project risks and issues.

Quality Control: Support quality control efforts by monitoring project deliverables ensuring compliance with business standards and procedures and identifying areas for improvement.

Reporting: Assist in generating reports, analysing data and driving improvements.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional open lines of communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multi-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
  • Flexibility and adaptability to evolving project requirements and changing priorities
