How will you make an impact?

As our Boutique Manager you will demonstrate exceptional people management skills, motivating and inspiring your team to drive successful results. You are passionate about coaching and developing people to enhance their potential and support them achieve their career goals.

You will be at the heart of all day-to-day operations within the boutique, daily reporting, KPI setting, merchandising, and strategically using data to drive your decision making.

How will you experience success with us?

  • Experienced People and commercial Manager Ideally within a luxury background or similar industry including automotive, real estate or other high-end sales-based environments.
  • Existing Watch knowledge is a must for this opportunity, either in a work or hobby capacity.
  • People Management Experience. Proven track record of inspiring, managing, and developing employees and relationships at all levels.
  • Commercial awareness with a track record of improving and driving sales, KPIs and driving targets.
  • Set clear individual sales objectives and KPIs for your team, and support with ongoing coaching and training to empower them to deliver.
  • Coach and develop your team through feedback and regular performance reviews to help them develop their career.
  • Methodical mindset and structured approach with exceptional time management skills
  • Prior experience working within a fast-paced environment and the ability to multi-task.
  • Keen collaborator, both with the value retail and Watchfinder HQ Team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding and practice of HR processes and procedures.
  • A strong interest in continuing and/or developing a long-term career within an industry where the customer experience is a priority.
