Store Manager - Brand New Superstore!

Blenheim | Full-time (Tues-Sat, 40 hours)


We're opening the doors to our brand-new, beautifully designed Superstore in Blenheim - and we're looking for a passionate Store Manager to lead the charge!


This is your chance to step into something fresh and exciting. Our new store brings together all three of our iconic brands -

Number One Shoes, Hannahs and Hush Puppies

- under one roof. With a strong local customer base and a bold new look, this is a space you'll be proud to lead.

Here's what we're looking for:

You've already proven yourself in a large-format retail leadership role. You know what it takes to drive performance, lead a team, and deliver results - and you bring both strategic thinking and strong people skills to the table. KPIs, systems, and planning? You've got it covered.

In this role, you'll:

Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing team Create a customer-focused environment that feels welcoming and energised Use performance metrics and insights to drive continuous improvement Bring local marketing ideas to life and build community connection Keep the store running smoothly - from stock to standards Get hands-on and lead by example in a busy, physical environment

You'll bring:

Previous store management or senior retail leadership experience A strong understanding of large-format retail Great energy, resilience, and a drive to succeed A natural way with people - both customers and your team A love for fashion, footwear, and store presentation
