The company expanded into France in the early 2000s. It operates a network of 60 stores, including 20 franchises (company-owned, franchised, and corner stores) across France, 10 shops in BENELUX and 5 shops in the UK.

Missions and Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Engagement
Welcome and assist customers while driving sales
Showcase the store and products in line with company visual standards and merchandising guidelines
Organize commercial operations and prepare necessary action plans
Ensure the store is always neat, clean, and well-presented
Team Management & Leadership
Recruit and onboard new team members, training them on our product technology
Lead team meetings, engage and motivate staff to boost sales performance
Daily Operations
Open and close the store
Ensure the general upkeep of the store and compliance with safety procedures
Organize and prepare inventory counts, manage stock levels
Handle restocking based on sales trends and deliveries
Share sales results with the team and set targets for sales and revenue
Maintain high-quality internal communication
Administrative Tasks & Reporting
Oversee store administrative management
Create and adjust staff schedules according to daily and seasonal activity
Monitor and analyze sales KPIs (e.g., footfall, conversion rate, revenue trends) and report to management
Profile
You're passionate about sales and customer service
You're a natural leader who thrives in a dynamic environment
You're pragmatic and eager to contribute to a real business project
You're confident working with data and KPIs
You hold a business-related degree and have at least 3 years' experience in a similar role
