Store Manager Designate at EE Franchise Retail Store

About the Role:

As the Store Manager Designate at one of our EE Franchise Retail Stores, you will oversee all aspects of the store's operations while ensuring a high standard of customer service. Your main responsibilities will include:

Leading, motivating, and developing a diverse team to achieve business goals. Understanding customer needs and fostering a welcoming and supportive atmosphere. Delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication and problem-solving. Implementing sales strategies and ensuring the team meets and exceeds performance targets. Monitoring inventory, managing budgets, and optimising store performance. Driving team training and development to enhance skills and service quality.

What We're Looking For:

A proven leader with experience in retail management. A strong team player who enjoys fostering collaboration and growth within the team. A proactive individual who takes ownership of challenges and delivers effective solutions. Previous experience in sales and customer service is essential.

Salary & Benefits:

Basic salary of 28 - 33,000 per year (based on experience) + bonus (ote of 50k) Competitive and uncapped bonus structure. Staff discount scheme. Good work/life balance. Supportive and friendly working environment.

Schedule:

8-hour shifts, with flexibility in scheduling to include weekends

Location:

In-person work at our retail store.
