Responsibilities

Assist the Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization Train and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies Collaborate with the Manager to develop and implement strategies to meet business objectives Help to create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee engagement Lead by example and enforce company standards and procedures Assist with inventory management and ensure products are properly stocked and displayed Handle customer inquiries or complaints in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire others Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends You will be results driven and support the manager achieving sales and KPI targets by training, inspiring and coaching a team to deliver.
We are after people with strong leadership skills and a positive "can do" attitude.

Some knowledge would be an advantage but full training will be given.

We offer a competitive salary with uncapped commission
