. We are looking for ahands-on Store Manager
who takes pride in solving problems, improving systems, and taking ownership rather than avoiding responsibility.If you're the type of person who
spots issues and fixes them
--not someone who waits to be told what to do--you'll thrive here.Your Main Responsibilities
Deliver excellent
customer service
in person, online, and by phone.Open and close
the site and process customer orders. Carry outregular checks
on all equipment and facilities, ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely. Managestock levels
of packaging materials and consumables. Keep theoffice and warehouse clean and organised
.Move boxes and assist customers
with collections or deliveries (local). Look for ways toimprove daily operations
and customer satisfaction.What We're Looking For
Someone who
takes initiative
and solves problems independently. Aresponsible, reliable
person who takesownership
of tasks and outcomes. Good communication skills and acustomer-first attitude
. Physically able to handle warehouse and box-moving duties when required. Previous experience an advantage, but aproactive mindset
matters more.What We Offer
30,000 per year
plusperformance-based bonus
.Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
(excluding bank holidays).Statutory holiday pay
and a supportive working environment where your initiative is valued.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 30,000.00-50,000.00 per year
