Regent Street, an outpost in Westfield Shepherd's Bush and an atelier in Harrods' Chocolate Hall, where our customers can purchase some of the highest quality, most responsibly-sourced and artisanal chocolate on the planet. With the reigning World Chocolate Master at our helm, we're proud to have pioneered fresh chocolate, and our signature FrischSchoggi counters are show-stoppers that really draw in a crowd. Each of our products is made by hand in the Swiss mountains and shipped directly to our store each week, ensuring only the finest and most delicious delicacies for our customers.

Position overview:

We believe that our Store Managers have a great opportunity to further develop their potential with us.

That's because we offer the support of a global organisation but empower our people to take ownership at store level.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

Manage the branch Lead by example on the shop floor to create an outstanding and engaging in-store customer experience Deliver sales and profitability in line with budgets Motivating, mentoring, and coaching sales associates Recruit, train and onboard a winning team Coordinating day-to-day operations Ensure proper food safety protocol and all other Health & Safety regulatory requirements are observed Place weekly and seasonal orders and ensure correct stock levels Schedule staff to optimise customer service and personnel cost management Oversee proper stockroom storage and care, by implementing FIFO in-store and in the stockroom Making sure your store looks great, in line with the brand's visual merchandising guidelines

Requirements:

You have experience in managing a premium or luxury retail store You love interacting with customers. You set a great example for the rest of the team with your hands-on mentality, enthusiasm, and passion for delivering a fantastic customer experience. Firm understanding of, and experience working with, commonly used retail KPIs (e.g. conversion rate, ATV, etc..) You are entrepreneurial, hands-on and have solutions-focus mindset You are ambitious and results driven Proven ability to develop and grow both a team and business Well organised, detail oriented with the ability to multi-task Able to effectively prioritise and delegate You are flexible when it comes to working weekends, evenings and holidays as necessary You are proficient in the use of MS Office and different POS systems You have excellent written and verbal communication in English (another language is a plus but not necessary) You love chocolate and are passionate about fine food
