About the Role

As a Head Coach for our new Central London concession, you'll lead by example, champion Nike's values, and create a premium consumer experience. You'll be responsible for driving commercial success, developing your team, and ensuring operational excellence across all areas of the store.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily operations, ensuring visual merchandising and "door to floor" standards are consistently executed. Communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and business goals to your team, motivating them to deliver exceptional service. Oversee onboarding and continuous training to ensure all team members meet Nike's service and operational standards. Use business insights and commercial acumen to identify growth opportunities and drive performance. Conduct regular performance reviews and team development sessions using Nike's "Performance Excellence" framework. Manage stock operations, including deliveries, audits, and cycle counts, in line with Nike HQ policies. Act as the key liaison between the store, Nike HQ, and department store partners, sharing updates on promotions, operations, and policy changes.

What You Bring

3+ years of management experience in a concession or high-volume retail environment. Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams. Strong background in retail operations, sales, planning, and customer service. Energetic presence on the shop floor with a passion for sport and the Nike brand. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, inclusive leadership style.
