About the Role

We're seeking a driven and hands-on Store Manager to lead the launch of our upcoming Shoreditch, London store -- one of Juices 4Life's flagship locations.

This is a unique opportunity to join the business before the store opens, playing a key role in its setup, team recruitment, and successful launch. You'll work closely with the Operations and Head Office teams to ensure the store is ready to deliver the exceptional Juices 4Life experience from day one.

The successful candidate will first complete an intensive 6-week Store Manager Training Programme at one of our operational stores in Birmingham. This hands-on training will cover every aspect of store operations -- from product knowledge and food safety to leadership, team development, and brand standards -- ensuring full readiness to lead the Shoreditch team upon opening.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Opening Phase

Complete the 6-week Juices 4Life Store Manager Training Programme in Birmingham. Recruit, train, and onboard new team members ahead of opening. Support local marketing and launch preparation to drive awareness and footfall. Ensure all EHO and compliance standards are met before trading.
Post-Opening Phase

Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver excellent customer service and product quality. Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, stock control, and cash handling. Drive sales performance and meet KPIs, including sales targets, waste management, and labour efficiency. Maintain brand standards, cleanliness, and a welcoming store environment. Ensure full compliance with food safety and health & safety regulations. Manage staff training, development, and performance reviews. Report on weekly performance metrics to the Operations Manager. Support new product launches and local marketing campaigns.
Requirements

Minimum 2 years' experience in a Store Manager or Assistant Manager role (hospitality, QSR, or retail food industry preferred). Proven ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Strong understanding of sales, labour, and cost control. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Passion for healthy living, wellness, and delivering great service. Willingness to complete the 6-week training programme in Birmingham prior to the store opening. Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.

Pay: 38,000.00-42,000.00 per year
