Please note this role is 40 hours per week.

How will you make an impact?

Leading and manageing the effective delivery of critical paths across key retail trading moments and campaign delivery working cross functionally to deliver excellent cross channel execution first time Leading Retail Workstream to manage change project delivery against key deliverables for 2030 vision to facilitate frictionless shopping experience Managing and approving retail workload, both trading and non-trading to deliver a reduction in store workload and an increase in customer facing time Championing the voice of Retail within Basecamp, working with key stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of key projects and trading activity Supporting key functions on all aspects of retail activity ensuring it is fit for purpose, relevant and will deliver a return on investment.

You'll fit right in if...

You have proven experience managing teams You have excellent communication and influencing skills You're extremely Organised and have time management skills You have an Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot You're PC literate (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) You are Team orientated and collaborative You have previously worked in Retail, ideally in a Retail or Central Operations role You have Working knowledge of retail systems
