Store Supervisor / Expert Barista

Doughnutters - Caerphilly

We're looking for an experienced barista with leadership skills to take charge of our Caerphilly store and make it their own.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves coffee, people, and a bit of creativity -- and isn't afraid to step in front of the camera now and then.

Hours & Pay

35 hours per week Pay dependant on experience Shifts between 9:30am - 6:00pm (mostly 9:30am - 4:00pm) Tuesday - Saturday Sundays required when needed
The Role

Run the store day-to-day and lead the team;

Strong barista skills (essential) In-store baking & prep Staff training and standards Create monthly seasonal drinks menus Help launch drinks and appear in TikTok / social content Cover other stores and events when required
You'll Be

Outgoing, bubbly and confident Organised and reliable Happy working solo or with a team Comfortable on social media Ideally a driver (preferred)

Pay: 13.00-14.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
