Your Role:

As a Store Support Manager, you'll be the versatile leader who steps in wherever needed, ensuring that each store operates smoothly and efficiently while inspiring our teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

A Typical Day Involves:

Traveling between stores to provide support and leadership. Briefing and motivating teams to meet daily sales targets. Engaging with customers to offer product knowledge and support. Coaching team members on best practices for customer service. Ensuring that store standards are maintained in line with ProCook's brand values.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in retail management or a similar role. Strong leadership and motivational skills. Passion for cooking and customer service excellence. Ability to adapt quickly to different store environments. Strong organisational and communication skills. Willingness to travel between store locations as needed - this role covers

the North, North - West of England and Northern Ireland
