EC2M 4UJ

Hours: 40 hours per week - 6amt to 2.30pm or 7am to 3.30pm

Salary: 31,116.80 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for receiving into stock and checking quantities all materials and supplies required by the site. Responsible for transporting all goods to and from the delivery area and for safe and appropriate storage of all items.


To assist in providing clean and hygienic food service and food preparation areas throughout the site. To work on a shift basis as required by the business.


Food ProductionTo complete duties in the kitchen and service areas as directed are necessary to ensure an efficient, hygienic service is provided. To transport all food items, cleaning materials and laundry from the delivery area to kitchen storerooms and to kitchen preparation areas as required. Responsible for the cleaning of delivery areas, storerooms, walk-in fridges etc. To operate all heavy equipment according to manufacturer's instructions. Responsible for the correct disposal and any recycling of all rubbish. Report to the head store man on the daily basics.

Kitchen FinanceCheck all stock against delivery orders and ensure correct items and correct quantity are delivered. Account for all stock brought into site and store appropriately to minimise waste and loss. Use equipment carefully to avoid breakage. Assist in weekly and monthly stock-takes as directed.
