As we continue to grow, we're looking for skilled Store Person / Buyer to join our vibrant team in Smethwick, helping us deliver outstanding service and make a real difference for our clients.

The role:


We are currently seeking a Stores Person / Buyer to support the operations of our busy office in Smethwick. This physically demanding role involves bending, stretching, kneeling, and lifting. Responsibilities include maintaining stock levels and collaborating with the buying team.

Ideal candidates should be reliable, clean, and tidy, with strong communication skills. Computer literacy is essential, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service is a must.

The primary purpose of this role is to provide organization and support for incoming deliveries and outgoing jobs

Key Duties and Responsibilities include:



- Issuing and logging goods in and out of stores.

- Raising Electronic orders

- Loading and unloading deliveries.

- Performing general day-to-day store maintenance duties.

- Keeping the stores area safe, tidy, and secure.

- Ensuring stock levels meet demand while collaborating with the buying team.

- Liaising with planning and site management.

- Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times.

To succeed in this role, you will need

:

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to prioritize, organize, and manage tasks effectively.

- A professional appearance and demeanor.

- An understanding of customer service principles.

- A full driving license is beneficial but not essential.

You will need:
