Pascoe International designs and builds a range of award-winning Superyacht tenders to the highest standards. Alongside our sister company, Eastlands Boatyard, we operate on the River Hamble, offering marina and boatyard services and world-class production facilities.
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Stores & Facilities Team Manager to lead a small, multi-functional team that supports stores, facilities, and boatyard operations. This role is critical to maintaining smooth operations, accurate inventory, and timely support for production, aftersales, and site activities.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
Manage and develop the stores and facilities team, including operational planning, task allocation, and performance management.
Ensure team compliance with standard operating procedures, safety regulations, and company policies.
Provide guidance and mentorship to the team, encouraging adherence to correct channels when requesting stock or handling deliveries.
Act as the point of escalation for complex or urgent issues in stores or facilities operations.
Stores Management
Oversee day-to-day stores operations, ensuring accurate stock handling, picking, and dispatch of parts and consumables.
Coordinate deliveries and collections with PMs, aftersales, and external suppliers.
Ensure effective use of ERP and stock management system, Sage 200 and Microsoft Office.
Conduct regular and ad hoc stock checks, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
Challenge suppliers, tradespeople, or team members when issues arise, maintaining high standards of accuracy and discipline in stock handling.
Support the procurement team with stock planning and supplier liaison.
Facilities Coordination
Receive work requests from the Operations Manager and Fit out Manager and prioritise tasks for the facilities team.
Ensure maintenance, cleaning, and site improvement projects are completed to high standards and on schedule.
Boatyard Support
Liaise with the Boatyard Manager to provide team support for boat movements and yard operations as required.
Ensure that yard-related tasks are coordinated efficiently with stores and facilities priorities.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience managing a stores or warehouse team in a fast-paced manufacturing marine environment.
Excellent organisational, planning, and methodical working skills.
Strong IT literacy: ERP systems (Sage 200 advantageous), and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
Confident in challenging suppliers, tradespeople, and staff to maintain high standards.
Knowledge of marine parts and consumables is beneficial.
Full clean driving licence and valid counterbalance forklift experience.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Woking Pattern
Monday - Thursday 7am - 4pm and Friday 7am - 1pm
