We're looking for a

Stores Coordinator

to join our team at our Burton site - you will take the lead in ensuring the accurate and timely dispatch of goods to our customers. In this role, you'll be central to smooth day-to-day operations--managing accurate invoicing, coordinating shipping, and booking transport efficiently. What you'll do

Coordinate daily dispatch operations to ensure OTIF (On Time In Full) targets are achieved. Prepare and process all invoicing documentation for UK and international shipments, including Factura invoices. Ensure despatch and invoice documentation is raised promptly upon receipt of packing and collation sheets. Book transportation with approved carriers and accurately record all associated costs in SharePoint. Monitor uncollected shipments and proactively chase carriers to maintain delivery performance. Obtain signed Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation and upload to SharePoint using correct referencing. Communicate any shipment delays or issues promptly to the Customer Services team. Comply with all QHSE requirements and company policies and procedures at all times. Support wider business needs by undertaking additional tasks within capability and training.

What we are looking for

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Highly numerate with strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Valid Forklift Truck Licence. Experience using D365
