Stores Manager

Hours:

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and check all deliveries Book in parts and verify against purchase orders Ensure stock is stored correctly and safely Prepare job trays for the production team Liaise with suppliers regarding delivery and stock discrepancies Handle daily dispatches via our accounts system, including courier label creation and packaging Conduct regular stock checks and audits Distribute stock to relevant departments Communicate effectively with the purchasing and production teams

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Proven management experience, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting Solid IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office Strong communication and time management abilities A proactive and organized approach to stock control Comfort with manual handling (lifting up to 25kg) and standing for extended periods (anti-fatigue mats provided) Experience writing business emails and handling professional correspondence
