Stores Marketing Executive - Join a Team That Makes a Difference
At Specsavers, we're not just about glasses and hearing aids-we're about transforming lives through better sight and hearing. Our Stores Marketing Team plays a vital role in that mission, working closely with store partners across the UK to bring smart, local marketing strategies to life.
As our new Stores Marketing Executive, you'll be the go-to person for stores needing tailored marketing support. Whether it's launching a brand-new store, relocating an existing one, or helping a team navigate in-store changes, you'll be there to plan, activate and guide every step. You'll visit stores to build strong relationships, ensure brand standards are shining through, and collaborate on exciting new campaigns.
You'll work hand-in-hand with our media agency to coordinate local media plans, from door drops to digital screens. You'll brief creative work into our design studio, manage content, and keep a close eye on competitor activity. And when store partners have questions, you'll be ready with answers-whether it's optics, audiology, or anything in between.
We're looking for someone with retail marketing experience, who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll be a confident communicator, a natural collaborator, and someone who's not afraid to take ownership. A valid driving licence and flexibility to travel (including overnight stays) are essential but not often.
