reliable, organised and proactive Stores Operative
to join the operations team at ourGillingham factory
.Responsibilities
Receive, check, and organise all incoming stock and deliveries Pick, prepare, and load materials for installation and service teams Deliver products and materials safely to customer sites and showrooms Carry out
site drops
across Kent, South East London, and surrounding areas Keep accurate records of goods in/out and update internal stock systems Assist with stock audits, counts, and inventory maintenance Keep the stores area clean, safe, and well-organised Liaise with the production and service teams to ensure timely supply of items Provide general support around the factory when requiredWhat We're Looking For:
Previous experience in stores, warehousing or stock control Full UK driving licence (essential) Comfortable driving a van and making site deliveries Able to lift, carry, and manoeuvre products safely (manual handling training provided) Organised, reliable, and confident with paperwork and digital stock systems Good communication skills and a team-focused mindset Forklift licence a bonus (not essential)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From 12.50 per hour
