Job location: Llay, Wrexham, LL12 0PB.

Essential Responsibilities Safety
Must comply with relevant Environment, Health and Safety legislation and company policies, procedures and safe working systems
Ensure a safe working environment & practices are maintained and compliance to site HSE standards
Perform visual inspection of work area to obtain a daily 6S score and ensure the work area is maintained to 6S standards
Quality
Maintaining the traceability of all products, ensure materials and job cards are kept together
Ensure goods are correctly packed and labelled, as per Dispatch SOP
Ensure all paperwork has been completed eg COC
Observe Company Quality procedures
Identify non-conformance as it may adversely affect the airworthiness and inform the supervisor in such case
Cost
Ensure packaging materials are correctly stored reused and waste is recycled
Load, transport and deliver items to internal sites and Customers in a safe and timely manner
Make suggestions to improve any processes
Become involved in new product locations and warehouse lay out
Ensure stock records reflect actual stock levels both in the stores and on site
Conduct daily PI count (as required) and report non-conformance to the Team Leader / Supervisor
Delivery
Take receipt of goods, reviewing loads before and after delivery to ensure the orders are complete
Assist the Stores Team leader/ Supervisor in all duties deemed necessary to facilitate Operations
Identify on a daily basis incoming orders for immediate dispatch to Customer or within an agreed specified time(s)
Ensure that stock items are used in the correct rotation order in line with batch, serial number or other Identification
Ensure materials and job cards are issued to the factory accurately and in a timely fashion
People

Participate in the daily SQCDP board meeting
To assist with training and mentoring of new starters
To ensure the right training is available for the job intended, if not raise to Team Leader
Ensure all stores processes are adhered to

Minimum of 5 GCSE or equivalent including Maths & English.
Good verbal and written communication (passed numeracy & literacy exam)
Working experience within a stores/warehouse environment
Working knowledge of an SAP or similar operating system
Working knowledge of specifications, SOP's and Work Instructions
FLT experience
