Role Overview
We are looking to recruit a reliable and organised Stores Person / Fleet Administrator to support our operations. This role is key to ensuring efficient stock control, timely distribution of materials to engineers nationwide, and effective fleet administration.
Key Responsibilities
Receive deliveries from suppliers, ensuring stock is checked, recorded, and stored correctly
Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee stock levels
Arrange and dispatch materials to engineers across multiple regions
Carry out regular stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy
Monitor company vehicles to ensure valid MOTs are in place
Book vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs with local garages
Liaise closely with internal departments, supporting smooth day to day operations
Skills & Attributes
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Confident communicator, comfortable working with various internal teams
Proactive and dependable approach to work
Experience & Education
Preferred (but not essential):
GCSE or equivalent
Previous experience as a Stock Controller (1 year)
Previous experience in Fleet Administration (1 year)
Full training will be provided for the right candidate who can demonstrate the required skills and abilities.
