We are the largest independent Motor Factor in the UK with 1400 valued employees working in 29 branches throughout Scotland and North West England. Dingbro is a family owned and run business with our head office in Aberdeen. We supply vehicle parts to independent Garages, Fast Fit's, Franchise Dealers, CV Workshops, Local Authorities and the Emergency Services. Dingbro also has specialist departments in Vehicle Refinish, Industrial Coatings, Retail & Diagnostic Equipment. We are a trade only distributor.

We are looking for a Warehouse Person for our busy Greenock branch. Previous experience is not essential but preferred. Full training will be given. Fork Lift license is also beneficial but training can be given to the right candidate.

Responsibilities

:

Work as part of the Goods inward team.

Checking in stock from suppliers & allocating to correct location

Assist with incoming goods, Unloading lorry's with the Forklift.

Organisation of stock & Assisting with stocktaking.

Dealing with any supplier returns

Assist with all other required needs of the warehouse and operations.

Allocating parts to customers dealing with customer returns & any warranties

As part of the team maintain a safe, clean, tidy and organized warehouse.

Essential skills:

Attention to detail

Excellent team player

Efficient computer skills is essential

Ability to work from own initiative

Strong Reading and numerical skills are required

Able and willing to perform repetitive manual handling on a daily basis

Our standard week is Monday to Friday 8.30 -17.30 with alternate Saturdays 8.30-12.30
