Strategic Account Director

London, ENG, GB, United Kingdom

Job Description

Easol is the leading all-in-one 'experience commerce' platform built to power experience businesses including festivals, wellness retreats, food and drink, sports and adventure trips. With Easol, experience businesses have complete control to drive more direct sales, retain more revenue, own their data and run their business on their terms.

Easol has deep roots in experiences. The platform was founded by former festival founders, Lisa and Ben Simpson in 2017, after the husband and wife team endured challenges and frustrations first-hand while setting up and growing their own experience business including Rise, Europe's biggest Snowsports and music festival, and Beyond Adventures, a series of adventure travel experiences in remote locations such as the Sahara desert and the Swedish archipelago.

In this role, you will take ownership of a book of business made up of Easol's key creators, leading the charge on both retention and growth of these high-value accounts. You will act as a strategic partner to our creators, providing expert guidance to help them unlock the full value of the Easol platform. By focusing on key success metrics and identifying growth opportunities, you'll play a vital role in enabling their businesses to thrive.

This position is central to Easol's expansion journey, with full responsibility for protecting and growing revenue from our largest and most important customers. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for your accounts, designing and executing targeted strategies that drive both retention and growth, while ensuring creator engagement remains strong.

We're looking for candidates who are passionate about working with our creators and bring experience in strategic account management, ideally within a technology-driven environment.
