How You'll Make An Impact



As a Strategic Account Manager, you will work within our Strategic Accounts Team and have a passion for delivering high quality customer experiences. You will be responsible for building relationships with our most significant customers and help them to grow their practices strength and overall business value. The challenges you will face will include understanding complex and quickly changing customer needs, analysing possible solutions to these, and building proposals that use supporting data to emphasise the value of the outcomes of the solutions we have available.

What You'll Do



Build and maintain relationships with key individuals within your accounts and track their evolution through the use of HubSpot (CRM) Assist in engaging your accounts in self-led customer success plans that ensure full utilisation and optimisation of their PMS estate-wide, allowing them to maximise ROI Portray a professional image to clients in person, in writing and virtually Maintain engagement with customer executive stakeholders with Quarterly Business Review attendance Maintain core and strong technical PMS knowledge to be able to fully demonstrate products to the full range of key individuals on accounts and understand the art of what is and is not possible Manage expectations of any business development requests from customers and escalate and manage these internally with strong communication with our development teams Manage the commercial relationship with your customers including quotes, proposals, negotiations and closing of orders, ensuring we maintain profitability goals on all accounts Work collaboratively with customers, managers, and colleagues Influence outcomes and get things done across all functions within Henry Schein to achieve targets and meet client expectations Analyse complex reports and communicate results to customers Achieve quarterly goals for revenue, customer satisfaction and new services delivered Understand our team P&L and how you influence this is your role Ensure full customer retention within your base of accounts Assist with engagement of your accounts in key roll-outs within your accounts including version activation, process standardisation and delivery of new services Act as an escalation point for the support team to help manage complex service delivery situations Build individual account plans for each customer that include action plans and white space analysis ensuring these are constantly up to date
