Job Summary
We're looking for a strategic AI leader to guide our company-wide evolution into the AI era. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role focused on understanding the fast-moving AI landscape and identifying where and how we can use AI to create meaningful value across the business, from marketing and product to automation, customer conversion, and internal operations.
You'll work at the intersection of strategy and execution: scanning the market for emerging technologies and use cases, shaping a clear AI roadmap, and partnering with teams across the organisation to bring high-impact initiatives to life. This role is about more than implementation; it's about ensuring we're constantly aware of what's possible and maximising opportunities to stay competitive in an increasingly AI-driven world.
What You'll Own & Lead:
Shape and execute a company-wide AI strategy, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives and growth priorities
Continuously assess the evolving AI landscape to identify transformative opportunities across key areas such as marketing, product, conversion, and automation
Develop and maintain an AI opportunity roadmap, prioritising high-impact use cases that deliver measurable value across internal operations and customer-facing experiences
Champion internal AI adoption, guiding teams in leveraging tools and automation to improve decision-making, efficiency, and scalability
Partner cross-functionally with leadership, product, engineering, data, and commercial teams to design and implement scalable, ethical AI solutions
Lead change management efforts, promoting AI literacy and creating an organisational culture that is open to experimentation and learning
Act as a thought leader internally and externally, helping position the company as an intelligent, forward-thinking adopter of AI through storytelling, innovation, and strategic partnerships
What You Bring to the Table
Proven experience leading AI or digital transformation, with a strong focus on strategy and execution
Deep understanding of the AI landscape, including emerging technologies like generative AI, machine learning, automation, and modern data platforms
Strategic mindset with a strong ability to identify business opportunities across functions (e.g. marketing, product, automation, and conversion) and translate them into scalable initiatives
Track record of delivering AI-enabled solutions that drive measurable outcomes -- whether in internal operations, customer experience, or product innovation
Skilled in stakeholder engagement and influence, able to align executive vision with cross-functional delivery
Change management expertise, with experience driving cultural and operational adoption of new technologies
Strong analytical and commercial acumen, able to assess impact, feasibility, and ROI of AI investments and experiments
Excellent communication skills -- able to bridge technical and non-technical audiences and build alignment around complex topics
Awareness of AI ethics, risk, and governance, with the ability to guide responsible implementation practices
Self-starter with a bias for action, comfortable navigating ambiguity and leading in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Who You'll Be Working With
You'll be surrounded by passionate, talented changemakers with big ambitions--not just for our business but for our world. Our teams are based remotely and on-site in London and Glasgow, and you'll be the critical cultural connector between them all. We're a company striving for best-in-class service through empathy, integrity, and innovation--and we want you to be the voice and leader who helps us get there.
