We are excited to be looking for an Administrator to join our busy dynamic Strategic Asset team. We are passionate about making the most of our land and property \xe2\x80\x93 and we need you! You will be part of ensuring our land holding is managed well and that we do what we say we are going to do. Remember, we don\xe2\x80\x99t just want to do things the way they\xe2\x80\x99ve always been done, we want do things even better! No two days will be the same in this role so enthusiasm, a can-do attitude, and a genuine passion for always going the extra mile will be essential as you\xe2\x80\x99ll take ownership of incoming correspondence and supporting the ongoing projects in the team.

• Supporting our teams, dealing with queries and assisting with action planning
• Working with the legal team to ensure land related documents are processed.
• Gathering information from various sources to inform decision making
• Dealing with customer communications when appropriate

You\xe2\x80\x99ll have the confidence and assertiveness to engage with customers, sometimes managing difficult conversations, and using your excellent people skills to resolve issues. This is a fast paced role within a supportive, close working team and promises to be hugely rewarding for the right candidate.
