We're on the hunt for a

Strategic Merchandising Manager

to help drive the commercial direction of our global arcade and Family Entertainment Centre (FEC) business. This is a

brand-new role

Operating since 1927, HB Leisure is the global leader in skilled games and amusements. Now operating in 27 countries and over 150 theme parks and attractions, we have partnership with key industry players.

What makes this role exciting?

You'll be at the centre of defining what "great" looks like across our arcades. You'll spot the trends before they happen and make sure our players always have the latest must-win prizes. You'll partner with regional leaders to

grow revenue and EBITDA

while shaping strategies that keep our business ahead of the curve. You'll travel internationally, representing us at trade shows and working with global suppliers. You'll share your expertise with our teams, training and inspiring them to deliver merchandising that wows our guests.

What we're looking for:

You're someone who knows how to turn data into decisions, trends into opportunities, and ideas into action. Maybe you've worked in retail, arcades, FECs, or another commercial, customer-facing business. Either way, you're commercially sharp, collaborative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days look the same.
