Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities
As Strategic Partnership Lead, you'll help us build the commercial relationships that enable our global impact - expanding our reach, enhancing our services and driving long-term value for our members and partners.
We are seeking a commercially astute and strategic leader to join our Members and Markets Engagement directorate as Strategic Partnership Lead. This is a high-impact role focused on developing and delivering a partnership strategy that drives commercial growth, enhances product fulfilment and distribution, and strengthens our global influence.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders across our Product, Marketing, Sales and regional teams to identify, secure and manage strategic partnerships. From complex negotiations to data-driven decision making, you'll play a central role in shaping how we collaborate and grow.
You'll have the autonomy to shape your role, the visibility to influence senior leadership and the opportunity to leave a lasting mark on a global organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a build/ buy/ partner strategy across products and services
- Lead the full partnership lifecycle - from prospecting to execution and evaluation
- Drive revenue growth through strategic sales planning and partner engagement
- Act as a centre of excellence for commercial terms and agreements
- Co-ordinate bids/ RFPs to drive new commercial opportunities
- Use data insights to evaluate performance and identify new opportunities.

With a blend of strategic insight and collaborative leadership, you know how to turn opportunity into action.

You'll be successful in this role if you:
- Have proven experience in strategic partnerships, consultative sales, or business development, ideally in a complex or regulated environment
- Understand how to build and manage high-value relationships with senior stakeholders across sectors
- Are confident leading complex sales processes and multi stakeholder negotiations
- Bring a data-driven mindset, with experience using CRM systems and analytics tools to inform decisions and measure impact
- Can think strategically while also delivering operationally - balancing long-term vision with short-term execution
- Thrive in cross functional environments and enjoy collaborating with teams across Product, Marketing, Sales and Finance.
- Are a strong communicator, able to craft compelling value propositions and influence at all levels
- Are adaptable and confident navigating ambiguity in a fast-evolving organisation
