Strategic People Partner - 18 Month Fixed Term Contract
Remote - we welcome applicants nationally, but ideally you'll be based in London or surrounding areas to support in-person collaboration when needed.

About the Role
This is a high-impact, business-partnering role aligned to our Central Support function. You'll act as the strategic interface between the People function and the business - driving workforce planning, people data insights, organisational change, and performance management.
You'll:
Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver people-focused strategic outcomes
Lead and support on organisational design, TUPE, restructures, and transformation projects
Translate people data into meaningful insights and action
Champion performance, retention, and engagement initiatives
Connect business needs with HR centres of expertise (e.g., L&D, ER, Resourcing)
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in a senior HR/People Business Partnering role
Commercial and/or regulated sector background (care, retail, hospitality ideal)
Strong influencing and communication skills at senior levels
Analytical mindset, confident with interpreting people data
CIPD qualified or equivalent experience
