About the role




This is a newly created, senior role for Amplify Hearing and a key appointment for our next phase of growth.
As

Strategic People & Talent Lead

, you will shape and deliver the people strategy across our Audiology estate, acting as a trusted partner to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team. You will balance strategic leadership with practical delivery, ensuring our people practices support sustainable growth, exceptional employee experience and strong clinical performance.


This role is ideal for a forward-thinking HR leader who enjoys building, influencing and embedding people strategies in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.


Your Key Responsibilities




Strategic People Leadership




Lead the development and delivery of Amplify Hearing's strategic People Plan across Audiology Act as a core member of the Audiology Senior Leadership Team, contributing to business-wide strategy Champion a culture aligned to Amplify's values, supporting engagement, retention and performance

Talent, Capability & Experience




Design and deliver world-class onboarding and induction experiences Lead talent development, succession planning and performance management frameworks Strengthen leadership capability across clinical and operational teams

Operational & Cross-Functional Alignment




Act as a key link between Audiology and Optical HR teams, ensuring consistency of policies, systems and ways of working Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal governance

Change, Projects & Continuous Improvement




Lead people-related change initiatives supporting growth, integration and transformation Use people data and insights to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement

Leadership of People & Talent Services




Lead, coach and develop the HR / People & Talent team to deliver operational excellence Oversee people budgets, workforce planning and annual pay review processes

About You




You are a strategic, commercially minded people leader who builds trust quickly and communicates with clarity. You combine strong people expertise with the ability to influence at senior level and translate strategy into practical action.


You will bring:


Proven experience in a senior or strategic HR role, ideally within healthcare, retail, or a multi-site organisation Strong stakeholder management skills with confidence operating at SLT level Experience leading change and supporting teams through growth and transition A pragmatic, data-led approach with a focus on simplicity and impact A leadership style rooted in honesty, transparency and trust
