An exciting opportunity has arisen for a suitably qualified and experienced individual to lead the Strategic Planning & Transportation Team at Bridgend.
The post is responsible for the preparation monitoring and review of local and strategic land use policy including planning, transport and housing under the statutory development plan in accordance with the Planning Acts and related legislation and preparing other formal and informal policy guidance. The role will also be responsible for the management of the Infrastructure Management Board and associated Infrastructure Management Plan and will contribute to regional planning policies.
