SO, WHAT'S THE STORY?




We're on an exciting journey to elevate our eCommerce consumer experience. This role is pivotal in driving cross-functional planning and delivery of a key strategic programme that will shape the future of our digital experience.

THE GIG




As our Strategic Programme Manager, you will:

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the Elevating eCom CX programme across multiple functions. Collaborate with senior stakeholders and project managers to define objectives, scope, and timelines. Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure successful outcomes through robust governance and KPIs. Drive collaboration and continuous improvement across diverse teams.

Proven experience in programme management within a large and complex, cross-functional environment, with significant experience managing digital redesign programmes. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Expertise in project governance, risk management, and benefits realisation. Ability to influence and drive alignment across teams.
