Accenture Media industry team forms part of Accenture Communications, Media, Software and Technology Industries. Combining deep industry, business and technology insights, Accenture's Media Strategy team shapes our Media clients' future and helps them navigate complex, often ambiguous challenges by defining strategies to achieve sustained growth, drive efficiency, scale, and maintain their competitive position. In joining Accenture's Media Strategy team, you will be part of the team to drive the C-suite agenda on issues related to digital disruption, competitive agility, operating models, and workforce of the future to achieve success in an age of big shifts in AI and technology.


You will challenge the status quo and develop innovative strategies that harness your full understanding of how technology will impact industry and business models, and you will use advanced analytics and human-centric design to co-create technology-enabled, disruptive strategies that help our clients win with competitive advantage, unlock value and drive profitable growth.


Accenture's Media Strategy team serves leading companies across the industry. Clients include broadcasters, payTV operators, studios and production houses, gaming, business media, press and print publishing among other sub-sectors.

How to work across strategy and consulting, technology and operations and leverage our capabilities to bring the best of Accenture New technologies in the age of AI, and ways to help clients set up for success in this new competitive environment Media topic knowledge, acquired from working with the leading Media companies in the world


In this role you will:



Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively frame issue sets and communicate solutions with structure and clarity Present internally and to clients, representing the practice and building credibility in your work Own defined workstream(s) within strategy projects, managing junior team members and client relationships to drive towards agreed outcomes, delivering high-quality work Contribute to business development and though leadership, owning particular topics and developing domain expertise Collaborate closely with internal teams across functions, fostering relationships that promote knowledge sharing and support for client delivery and growth. Mentor talent and foster a collaborative and inclusive culture

Job Qualifications:



We are looking for experience in the following:



You have at least 3 years of work experience

within:

+ A Strategy consulting environment (e.g. strategy consulting firm or inhouse strategy unit) and/ or
+ Media Industry companies (e.g. broadcasters, payTV operators, studios, music labels etc.)
You have

strong analytical skills

, with the ability to simplify and demonstrate insights clearly You're able to

think critically

- you quickly understand client challenges and form hypotheses and solutions You're a

strong communicator

with the ability to deliver presentations, demonstrating strong verbal and written communication You work well as

part of a team

, and thrive in a

cross functional

environment

You bring relevant Media Industry topic

expertise that can help the practice broaden its repertoire (e.g. in video platform strategy, content sourcing, advertising) You bring strong communication skills, both written and verbal and fluency in English You have a 1st Class or 2:1 Undergraduate degree from a well-recognised University or similar academic qualifications

Academic Requirements:



You have a 1st Class or 2:1 Undergraduate degree from a well-recognised University or similar academic qualifications. An advanced degree or MBA is a plus but not essential.
