We're looking for a visionary Strategy and Innovation Manager to lead strategic design and implement transformative initiatives that redefine how we serve our customers and operate as a business. This is a high-impact role at the heart of strategic decision making, innovation delivery, and executive engagement You will be expected to be in the central London office 2 days per week We are looking to offer a salary in the region of 75,000 - 95,000

What you'll do

As a Strategy & Innovation Manager, you'll be a catalyst for change driving strategic thinking, identifying disruptive opportunities, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. You'll work across the full innovation lifecycle, from idea generation to execution, with direct exposure to senior leadership.


Additionally, you'll be:

Lead strategic projects and innovation initiatives from concept to delivery Develop long-term strategies aligned to business goals and market dynamics Build compelling commercial cases that balance customer experience with cost efficiency Identify and test breakthrough ideas that enhance customer and colleague experiences Influence executive decision-making through clear, data-driven insights Foster a culture of innovation and build internal capability across teams

Proven experience in strategy development, product or change management Strong understanding of innovation in financial services Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills The ability to present complex information and ideas clearly to build understanding and support Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at senior levels Experience in customer-led design and agile deliver * Exposure to scouting, partnerships, or start-up ecosystems is a plus
